Some of the highlights from this study were the following:
A blind sweet corn test was performed and the sweet corn grown with compost actually tasted better than conventional soil practices.
Their was a significant higher volume of nitrogen in the composted soil then the conventional soil.
The added cost is a setback toward moving forward with more composting.
People add plastics and other items which do not recycle naturally like food waste which could end up in our soil and ultimately our food supply.
