The article point to a future point where soil sensors and drones will continuously send information to a network with updates of the soil’s nutrients.
Why are articles being writtten about future precision ag with more new technology? More time should be spent on learning the current processes and knowing what the soil nutrient numbers really mean and how they can be changed. Too many articles these days are focused on technology and new hardware and software. I think more focus should be spent on understanding a soil test report and applying that information through the purchase of fertilizer and specific crops.
