It gives a very good perspective of what you might see if you traveled across the state and were to look at various fields. Quite a variety of stages being ovserved here.
The big theme, “Too much moisture”
Lots of areas where crops are well behind where they are supposed to be. Soybeans planted in June are just coming out of the ground. With respect to corn, you will see areas of yellowing and washed-out crops. In some parts of Missouri however, the corn is ready for tasseling and looks very good.
I am sure all of you are dealing with the weather to some standpoint this summer. Hopefully, your crops will be able to persevere through another growing season.
