This permit is for the movement of live plant pests, noxious weeds, and soil. If you’re looking to send a nematode sample to Midwest Laboratories from one of the following countries please enclose this permit and attach it to your package.
Plant Pathogenic Nematodes of any life stage can be sent to Midwest Laboratories from Argentine, Bahamas, Bermuda, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Panama, Virgin Islands, British, Canada, Mexico, North America (except USA).
