Are you planning to ship Midwest Laboratories samples of live plant pests or nematodes? Is your package traveling from inside the United States or its territories? If you’ve answered, yes, to both of those questions then this permit will need to be enclosed in your package and to the outside of your shipment.
This USDA permit allows Midwest Laboratories to receive by mail or hand carry Live Plant Pests for diagnostic laboratory testing.
