Campus Tour
Midwest Laboratories, Inc. opened its doors for business on May 15, 1975 in Omaha, Nebraska. Since then, we’ve expanded into a 14-building campus devoted to performing a wide variety of analyses in a highly-regulated environment, providing the most thorough and customizable data in the industry.

We accept samples Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm with local drop off and a drop box at our main entrance for after hours.
Microbiology
The microbiology lab opened in 1976. Our clients came to us with an ever-increasing need for nematode and antibiotic resistance testing. Since the micro lab's inception in 1976, we have expanded our test offerings to support a myriad of industries.
The microbiology laboratory evaluates samples for the presences of pathogens as well as other microbes. With a wide array of testing, the micro lab environmental test samples such as water, compost, and fecal samples. In addition, the lab analyzes ingredients and finished product from manufacturers of human foods, pet foods, probiotic formulations, as well as HAACP, and environmental monitoring programs.
